When will my first magazine arrive?
Online/Phone Orders:  Typically your magazine will ship in twelve business days and you will receive your first issue within four weeks.   If you placed your order before the 10th you will receive the current months issue.

Mail In Orders:  Mail in Orders take up to six weeks to process.

How often is it published?
Think Spanish! Magazine is a monthly publication and is published 12 times a year.

What are the Audio CD's and how often are they published?
The Audio CD's are published monthly along with the magazine.   They are the perfect complement to your Think Spanish! Magazine subscription.   Each month the articles in Think Spanish! Magazine are read by native Spanish speakers.   Listening to the articles provides you with the opportunity to enjoy different accents and cultural phrases, increase your listening skills, confidence in speaking and pronunciation and help you begin to understand, speak and enjoy Spanish naturally.

What is your refund policy?
Your subscription is risk free for one month. If you are not satisfied with your subscription after receiving your first issue, notify us and we will cancel your subscription and refund your payment.  We can not accept returns on flashcards unless they are sealed or unopened.  If they are sealed and unopened contact us to place your return and receive a refund.

I ordered flashcards when will they ship?
If you ordered flashcards they will ship within ten business days. Flashcards are shipped separately from the magazine. Please see above for information on flashcard returns.

Can I find Think Spanish! Magazine in a store?
Think Spanish! is an independent title and is not available at newsstands.

What level of Spanish learner is this magazine for?
The magazine is appropriate for beginning to post-intermediate levels.   If you are a beginner, and understand basic grammar, you will be able to get the 'gist' of the articles by scanning the vocabulary and phrases in the glossary, looking at the pictures, and reading some of the English text boxes.

Then, as you read the articles with the help of the glossary, you will begin to comprehend the message.   When learning a new language, often we comprehend the message long before we can speak, read or write it.

Think Spanish! Magazine brings not only language learning, but cultural understanding of those who are Spanish Heritage speakers as well!   As you become more proficient in your language acquisition, you will continually learn new vocabulary through the articles, and the 'voices' of our writers.   You will soon have a real sense of how Spanish is communicated in an authentic way, since our writers and editors write from various Spanish speaking backgrounds.

Can I send a gift subscription?
Absolutely! The gift of Spanish is a wonderful present. List the recipient's address as the ship to address. If you would like to include a note-card please include your note in the 'How did you hear about us' box at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
What are the international subscription rates?
Yes! There are Think Spanish! subscribers all over the world. International rates are higher than US Rates due to increased shipping and handling.  International Subscription Rates are $65.00 in Canada and $85.00 in other countries. All orders are processed in US funds.
